Fourteen spikes run along the kentrosaurus from its shoulders to the tip of its tail. It was a smaller cousin of stegosaurus, found in fossil beds in present-day Tanzania, and it traded many of the big back plates for sharp spikes. Pine trees line the valley, boulders scatter across the ground and mountain peaks fade into the distance. The peaks can be left pale to push them back and make the valley feel deep.
